ALLELUIA

1½ oz tequila
1 tsp blue Curacao
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
½ oz lemon juice
½ tsp superfine sugar
4 oz tonic water
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange slice


In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, Curacao, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tonic water and garnish with the cherry and orange slice.



BLUE MARGARITA

2 tsp coarse salt
1 lime wedge
1½ oz tequila
½ oz blue Curacao
1½ tsp Cointreau or triple sec
1½ oz lime juice


Place the salt in a saucer. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the salt to coat the rim thoroughly; reserve the lime. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, Curacao, Cointreau, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with the lime wedge.



BRAVE BULL

2 oz tequila
1 oz Kahlua


Pour the tequila and Kahlua into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.



CALIFORNIA DREAM

2 oz tequila
1 oz sweet vermouth
½ oz dry vermouth
1 maraschino


In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.



COMPADRE

1½ oz tequila
½ tsp maraschino liqueur
1 tsp grenadine
2 dashes orange bitters


In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.



DOCTOR DAWSON

2 oz tequila
½ oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 dash bitters
1 egg
3 oz club soda


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.



DOWNSIDER

1½ oz tequila
½ oz creme de bananes
½ oz Galliano
½ oz light cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash bitters
1 tsp grenadine


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.



FREDDY FUDPUCKER

2 oz tequila
4 oz orange juice
½ oz Galliano


Pour the tequila and orange juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Pouring slowly and carefully over the back of a teaspoon, float the Galliano on top of the drink.



FROZEN MARAGARITA

2 tsp coarse salt
1 lime wedge
3 oz white tequila
1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
2 oz lime juice
1 cup crushed ice


Place the salt in a saucer. Rub the rim of a collins glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the salt to coat the rim thoroughly; reserve the lime. Pour the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend well at high speed. Pour into the collins glass. Garnish with the reserved lime wedge.



GENTLE BEN

1½ oz tequila
½ oz vodka
½ oz gin
4 oz orange juice


Pour all of the ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with the ice cubes. Stir well.



GULL'S WING

Crushed ice
2 oz tequila
½ oz creme de bananes
½ oz lemon juice


In a shaker half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice.



JOUMBABA

1½ oz tequila
2 oz grapefruit juice
3 oz tonic water


Pour all of the ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.



JUBILEE

1 oz tequila
½ oz gin
½ oz vodka
½ oz blue Curacao
½ oz lemon juice
½ tsp superfine glass
4 oz club soda
1 maraschino cherry


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, gin, vodka, Curacao, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda and garnish with the cherry.



LEAPFROG

1½ oz tequila
½ oz sloe gin
1 tsp sweet vermouth
1 lime wedge


Pour the tequila, sloe gin, and vermouth into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well and garnish with the lime wedge.</<br />

MARGARITA

2 tsp coarse salt

2 oz tequila
½ oz Cointreau or triple sec
1½ oz lime juice

2 oz tequila
½ oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp grenadine


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.



PINK PARADISE

2 oz tequila
3 dashes bitters


Pour the tequila into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Put the bitters into a brandy snifter and swirl it around to coat the glass. Discard any extra bitters. Strain the tequila into a snifter.



RED FACE

1½ oz tequila
1 tsp cranberry liqueur
4 oz cranberry juice
1 lime wedge</<br />

Pour the tequila, cranberry liqueur, and cranberry juice in a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well and garnish with the lime wedge.



SCOTTIE WAS BEAMED UP

2 oz tequila
½ oz Galliano


In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila and Galliano. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.



SHAKER

1½ oz tequila
3 oz pineapple juice
½ oz lemon juice
½ tsp grenadine


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.



SMILER

1½ oz tequila
½ oz lemon juice
½ tsp superfine sugar
2 tsp ruby port
1 maraschino cherry


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and port. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the cherry.



TEQUILA COLLINS

2 oz tequila
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz club soda
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange slice


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.



TEQUILA FIZZ

2½ oz tequila
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the tequila, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well.



TEQUILA MARTINI

2½ oz tequila
1½ tsp dry vermouth
1 lemon twist or 1 cocktail olive


In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist or the olive.



TEQUILA MOONRISE

3 oz tequila
1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
½ oz Rose's lime juice
½ oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
2 oz ale


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, light rum, dark rum, Rose's lime juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the ale.



TEQUILA STINGER

2 oz tequila
½ oz white creme de menthe


In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila and creme de menthe. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.



TEQUILA SUNRISE

1½ oz tequila
4 oz orange juice
2 tsp grenadine


Pour the tequila and orange juice into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink.



TOREADOR

2 oz tequila
1 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
¼ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, creme de cacao, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cocoa.



ZULTRY ZOE

2 oz tequila
½ oz Galliano
4 oz Mexican hot chocolate, cooled to room temperature
Crushed ice


Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass almost filled with crushed ice. Stir well.
